Alisa Healy, KPA-CTP is a certified dog trainer and the owner of Dog Forward Training. She graduated from Karen Pryor Academy (#14193) and is also a Certified Family Dog Mediator (FDM).
She’s been training dogs since 2014, including working with shelter dogs in Malawi, Africa, coaching incarcerated youth as they learned to clicker train dogs, and training a variety of animals at a wildlife rescue, including porcupines, foxes and wallabies.
Alisa lives outside Chicago with her husband and two dogs and loves exploring the local forest preserves with them.
